Purpose
Cementing unit CA-320 (ANC-320, UNB-125x32) is designed for pumping working fluids when cementing wells during drilling and workover operations, as well as during other flushing and pumping operations at oil and gas wells.
The equipment of cementing unit CA-320 (ANC-320, UNB-125х32) is mounted on the KamAZ vehicle chassis, with the vehicle engine used as a high-pressure pump drive.
Composition of cementing unit CA-320 (ANC-320, UNB-125х32):
- mounting base CA-320 (ANTS-320, UNB-125x32)
- high-pressure pump HC-320 (9T)
- manifold CA-320 (ANTS-320, UNB-125x32)
- water supply unit CA-320 (ANC-320, UNB-125x32)
Cementing units CA-320 (UNB-125x32, ANTS-320) are equipped with a device for heating the hydraulic part of high-pressure pumps to ensure operation of the units at low temperatures. They are equipped with the system of oil temperature control in the crankcase of the NC-320 pump with information output on the vehicle dashboard. Equipped with a collector to ensure simultaneous operation of several units during well cementing and Ø50 mm adapter for connection to the suction hose receiving line.
A separate delivery of a set of mounted (deck) equipment CA-320 (UNB-125x32, ANTs-320) or equipment installation on the customer's transport base is provided.
Working fluids can be pumped in two ways: through pipes and high-pressure hoses - the tools are connected to the pump of cementing unit CA-320 (ANTS-320, UNB-125x32) with the help of: 50 or 200 mm diameter quick coupler. The direction of the high pressure pipe is regulated by a swivel pipe elbow (3KSH, EP, KSHI). Pumping through the high-pressure hose is used when the well site is remote from the cementing unit CA320; but there are disadvantages: due to the danger of breakage of the hose fibres it is necessary to slow down the cementing process and the grout becomes poor quality, loose.
